More Comments at Google MapWe had live seasonal fish (grunt) caught by the owner cooked on the spot. The fresh sashimi is excellent with freshly grated wasabi in a soy sauce blended to match the fish. Salt-grilled was also very delicious with exquisite grilling and umami trapped. As for sake, there are carefully selected famous sake such as Aizan. It is a restaurant where you can feel the consistent commitment to the dishes that come out as a single dish that will satisfy even the simplest order.
I went on Doyo Ushi Day on July 27, 2019. They only have eel-related menus, and they open earlier than normal business hours and close as soon as they are sold out. The rotation was fast, so I was able to sit down right away, but I was able to take my time. The eel was delicious.
We went upstairs to the bar. The bar seems to be run by the same eel restaurant as the first floor. The interior of the store is calm and has a stylish impression. Behind the counter, there are more whiskeys than you would find in a normal bar. I heard that the Ardbeg Supernova has arrived, so I visited. There must be other precious sake. This is the bar you want to stop by if you pass by.
