I never thought there was such a long-established and wonderful bakery in Fukushima Ward! I had some time to talk with the owner. The photo of Mr. Raymond Calvel, the god of bread, and his husband is wonderful. There are many orders for baguettes 🥖 from first-class hotels, so the three of us bake more than 200 baguettes a day. Preparation starts at 3:00 in the morning, and the store opens at 9:00. I cleaned up at 17 o'clock closing and came home after 19 o'clock. It seems that you are spending a normal life with almost no time to sleep. Most of the shops are streamlined, but the bread that is made with time and effort. I finally found it. Best bakery for me. I wanted to eat it all. The variety, price, and taste are all perfect. It's too great. I want to keep buying it.
