I'm a big fan of side dish bread, and this time I chose burdock bread, mentaiko broccoli bread, red bean paste bread, and raisin bread. Was it the husband who was making bread in the back? Wonderful breads are born one after another from the wonderful space of two people. Take it home and eat it. It's fragrant, warm, chewy, soft, and absolutely delicious. Above all, I was captivated by the burdock bread this time. Burdock goes so well with bread!! ︎And I set aside some of this burdock side dish, and it's delicious enough to make 3 bowls of rice. Isn't this originality amazing? When I looked at other people's reviews, I heard that the croissants and hard breads were excellent. I will definitely buy those next time.
