I've been curious about this place for a while, so I decided to go there😃It's a bakery housed in an old folk house in Osaka Plain. All the bread baked here is made from domestic wheat. And there was also bread made with natural yeast😆The time I went was around 1:30pm, so it seems like a lot of it had been sold. I think I'll try going a little earlier this time. The latter was freshly baked and the taste of miso was delicious and I ate it. (Laughs) The bread was very popular with my family and asked me to buy it again. It was not sticky and very sweet. When I passed by after 13:00 after finishing my errands, there were only two or three loaves of bread. [Revisit] After 12:00 on weekdays There was no waiting, and the stock was about the same as last time. I'm happy with the lineup that is different from before. I was able to talk a little with the clerk, but he was very charming. There were reviews saying that it was expensive and less expensive, but I personally didn't care about the price. There is a bakery nearby that costs twice as much as this one, but it's much tastier than there, and the staff's response is nice. As for sold out, I wondered if it could be helped that it was "sold out in the evening" at a handmade shop. ! But..... Beautiful outside and inside 💓 I went there around 4pm and it was almost sold out, but since I wanted a canelé in the first place, I bought the last one! Lucky 🤞✨ The window seats are really clean, and the bakery has great taste. The clerk was also kind. I will go again!
