More Comments at Google MapThis is a bakery that uses natural yeast. I love sandwiches with lots of ingredients, but lately I've also been into chicken burgers. It's fun to have seasonal bread and limited menu! I really like Stollen in the Christmas season, and I repeat it many times. I think it's a warm shop where you can feel that the owner has studied various things and carefully makes bread. It's a gentle taste that you won't get tired of both bread and hard bread. I love Panadero's bread☺︎
They use Canadian wheat, which is more expensive than Haruyutaka, and many of their breads have a chewy texture with chewy natural yeast. The surface is crispy, and the more you chew on the inside, the more you can feel the flavor and sweetness of the wheat. When it comes to hard French bread, I think this is the number one bakery in the area. Bread for dogs is a cookie-like scone. They are very chewy, but they tend to get stuck in your throat, so tear them off after each bite. It's frozen, so it's a good place to keep for a long time.
Kakushoku (with condensed milk) was very delicious. Both raw and toasted have different flavors. It's thick and looks hard, but it's fluffy when eaten raw, crispy when toasted, and slightly sweet, so you can eat it without butter.
