When you hear Genghis Khan, you think of Hokkaido, but the Genghis Khan here is clearly better than Hokkaido! Many people have this misunderstanding, but lamb meat has no odor, mutton does. The lamb at this restaurant is chilled, not frozen, so it's even more delicious. If you eat it unglazed without any sauce, you will realize how delicious it is. Another good thing about Genghis Khan is that even if you eat a lot of meat, it won't make you hungry. Besides Genghis Khan, the kushikatsu is also delicious.
