Compared to other dishes, I think it is difficult to convey the difference in ingredients in a dish called "fried chicken", which is cooked with strong seasoning and oil. Many consumers give priority to cost performance because it is difficult to convey the difference. Coupled with the low operating costs, there is probably a boom in fried chicken restaurants, but I love restaurants like Torisho that are particular about ingredients and taste. (As an aside, a certain fried chicken chain also claims to use 100% domestically produced chicken. Convenience store chicken is popular, but the cost of raw materials is two to three times different between foreign and domestic products, but the price addition is less than that. I am impressed by the great corporate effort.)
