After hearing from multiple locals that this is the best fried chicken restaurant in the area, I tried it. The taste is absolutely amazing, and hands down it is the best I have found in Mikuni, if not Japan. Heck, even the burps I have hours after I have eaten this chicken are delicious. When asked what the secret to this deliciousness is, the owner replied "soy sauce", but surely there is something more to it than that. In any case, this is a definite recommend. I usually order the "mune" or breast meat, and find that 150 grams is a good amount but if you are especially hungry, maybe try 200 grams. If you prefer a more oily style, then "momo" or thigh meat is also available. Some may find his fries a bit salty, but they're delicious nonetheless. Since I work in the area, this place has become one of my weekly lunch spots and is consistently delicious.
