Takatsuki, Osaka, Japan｜かしわ つるや

This is a long-established chicken shop near Takatsuki Center Street. With a wide variety of fried chicken and chicken wings, this shop is definitely worth a visit.

Kashiwa Tsuruya is a famous restaurant in Takatsuki. In Osaka, chicken is called ``Kashiwa'', and it is very Osaka-like that it is written exactly as it is on the signboard. There are many items on the menu that would go well with sake, from raw meat to fried chicken, tempura, grilled momos, tulips, and ponzu sauce. Today was my first visit and I had fried chicken. It was really delicious (^O^) Next time, I would like to try the grilled momo, tataki, etc.
