Good service, well thought out menu, make reservations.

I visited for the first time to celebrate my wedding. This is a small shop located in a corner of a residential area. All dishes utilize the flavors of high-quality ingredients and are sure to please your palate! As with all Japanese food, it's good to have a bland taste to bring out the flavor of the ingredients, but sometimes I feel like the food is bland or unsatisfactory...but that's not the case. It's exquisite. (Although a lot of it depends on personal preference) All the dishes are delicious, but what surprised me was the black tea. I don't like coffee, so I always choose black tea everywhere, but the quality of the last black tea I got at every store was not that different from the ○Ero label black tea I make at home, so I was surprised by the quality. I'm impressed until the very end. In addition, I was able to feel the kindness of all the staff, from the phone calls when making reservations to the customer service at the store, which made me feel happy and kind. I don't have any intention of criticizing it, but it's a truly wonderful shop with absolutely no faults.

Visited for lunch. I didn't make a reservation, but thank you for accepting me. The local vegetables were colorful, sweet and very delicious. The meat and fish are tender and the sauce is perfect. It was good to have a course of two main dishes. Take off your shoes and eat in slippers. I hope you enjoy the oak floors as well. I'm a lumberjack, so I can't help but worry.
