10/16 Lunch, about 6,000 yen menu, The French cuisine next to Kitano Tenmangu Shrine is quite unique in its fusion of Japanese ingredients such as raw fish and eel. The freshness of the raw fish appetizer and the sauce are very delicious. The eel is light but the sauce is delicious, and the pepper pork cheek is slightly salty but soft. Tender and fragrant, the chef will introduce the ingredients kindly when serving the dish, and he can communicate in English and French. Because there are not many seats, it is recommended to make a reservation online.
This time, I visited with my son for dinner on my wife's birthday. This is my multiple visit. The dishes are made with seasonal ingredients, so it's always different, so it's exciting from the beginning. Not only the main course, but also amuse bouche, hors d'oeuvres, soups, fish dishes, desserts, etc. Even a layman like me can feel the high level of skill of the owner chef. It's delicious every time and I'm impressed by the beauty of the look! Also, the owner chef is a sommelier, so you can enjoy wine. Pairing with food will increase the pace of wine. The owner chef cooks and serves customers by himself, so the service is simple, but for us it's comfortable to be unpretentious. My wife, son and I love this restaurant, so I would like to visit again!
