I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance with my mother. The inside of the store was very clean and they had taken good measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus. A restaurant where you can eat authentic French cuisine I was also particular about tableware. The cuisine, which is a fusion of France and Kyoto, prepared by a veteran chef using Kyoto vegetables and Kyoto ingredients, was very delicious and elegantly seasoned, and I was very satisfied. There were 3 types of lunch courses, mainly fish and meat, but this time I had the steak lunch for an additional 300 yen. The steak was made with red meat, and the sauce that complemented the meat was exquisite. The garnishes were modest so as not to interfere with the main steak, but each dish was made with a different type of vegetable and was very delicious. The dessert was visually pleasing and made with seasonal ingredients, and even though it was snowing outside, I was very satisfied as I could feel a little bit of spring. Next time, I would like to use it for a family event.

I visited with my children because I missed the store I used to go to about 30 years ago. The atmosphere has changed a little, but it is a shop with a special feeling. This time, I asked for an E-course lunch and added foie gras. The dishes that used plenty of Kyoto vegetables were enough to enjoy both the eyes and the stomach. Just like in the old days, it's a shop you'll want to visit again on some anniversary. This is the kind of shop that you want your children to visit with their loved ones someday.
