More Comments at Google MapI booked a dinner reservation for a date. The restautrant has a cute atmosphere and is in a nice location. We ordered the fish of the day, the andouille sausage, and a side of the signature ham. Everything was delicious and well presented. The owner was kind and talkative with patrons. I highly recommend this restaurant to experience great French food at a reasonable price!
A bistro specializing in meat dishes run by a quiet owner. No matter what you ask for, you are guaranteed to get something delicious. Lunch is 1400 yen with a simple green salad, baguette and main. It comes with a dessert for an additional 100 yen. The main dishes change daily, and there are about 3 to 4 types, usually 1) hamburgers, 2) fish dishes, and 3) stewed meat (as shown in the photo). All of them are delicious!
This cozy bistro is located on the first floor of a small building, about a 10-minute walk from Heian Shrine and Kyoto Municipal Museum of Art. I visited for lunch. For ¥1,500 (as of 2021), you can get a salad, bread, and main set, and you can add dessert for an additional ¥100. There were three main dishes to choose from: meat dishes (on this day, beef cheeks stewed in red wine), fish dishes, and hamburgers. We chose hamburgers. Even though it's called a hamburger, it's mostly stake ache. A one-meat competition that doesn't use fillet. I got the impression that the chef's personality was very "sincere" in his cooking. It's also very filling, including the potato garnish. It was a great value lunch at a reasonable price.
