Minamiyamashiro, Kyoto, Japan｜cafe ねこぱん

I called-into this cafe while on a bike-ride through the area. Walking-into the cafe took me back 55-years when I was a small boy attending Primary School. The classroom looked like it had been left when the school was closed. The people running this establishment were so very friendly and helpful. I shall be definitely returning, this time with my wife and, while there, check-out the other shops in the school and the village of Tayama.

First of all, I think the location is difficult to find. Please head toward the Takayama Post Office in Minamiyamashiro Village. The bagel is chewier than I expected. There are many types, and if you order eat-in, the food will be heated for you. Enjoy the delicious bagels and the atmosphere.
