Kyoto, Japan｜Café Zino

Absolutely lovely cafe hidden away in Kyoto. If you blink you'd miss it. The master is very friendly, makes an awesome cup of coffee, great sandwiches, and plays great music. He introduced me to some artists from my own country that I never even knew existed. Places with vibes like this are becoming more and more rare. I'm glad I stopped in when I did. 11/10 would recommend.

I had great experience in your cafe and was/is amazed by the huge collection of your music records. Those music of 1959 and 60’s brought us to the past in such a peaceful magical way. Thank you for saving the history in such an unique way. (I’m the foreigner visiting your cafe a month ago 😊)

A very cozy café with amazing vintage vibe. The owner is knowledgeable in coffee and music. There’s a whole shelf of disks that the owner would recommend: first he’d ask where you’re from, and discuss with you for the music to be played. The sandwich is nice and simple, the coffee blend is satisfactory. The environment feels like home. Love it.
