More Comments at Google MapI thought it would be crowded during the day, so I went on a Saturday around 6pm. It was empty so there were many seats to choose from. The terrace was nice, but there was a lot of grass and I thought there might be insects, so I went inside. I wonder if it has been renewed? I feel like the interior has become a little more geared toward younger people. The food menu was extensive, so we were able to have dinner even at this time. Apparently the cookie ice cream I had for dessert was seasonal? But it was light and delicious. Many people were relaxing alone. The store staff's response was cool.
As one of the facilities in the Kyoto Art Center, which uses the school building of Meirin Elementary School that is no longer in use, this café uses an old classroom. I liked the nostalgic, strange, and mysterious space. The parfait looked delicious, but it was too big for me, so I got coffee jelly.
Both Neapolitan and taco rice were delicious! My daughter, who is a high school student, was also delighted with the beautiful soda and contemporary art ♡
