Kyoto, Japan｜Holly’s Café - Shijo Muromachi

This Holly’s Cafe is located near major subway stations and on a major street in Kyoto. It has a great selection of breakfast sandwich and eggs and coffee. Breakfast is hard to find in japan as it is not common for Japanese to purchase breakfast, as they normally make their own at home. It is a relief to have Holly’s Cafe there to fill our bellies in the morning. This location a quite large and I never had trouble finding a seat. There is a section in the back that is for smokers. I sat as far away from that section as possible and I did not smell the smoke. I find that the food and coffee was quite good and I loved how I can sit next to the window and people watch while enjoying a coffee.

One of the best places to go during the New Year's holiday in Kyoto because when all restaurants are closed and even Sukiya has a 30 minutes queue, you can order pasta here and get it within 10 minutes. A must go!

Nice place, not too crowded, large area to sit. Wifi and internet for work. Prime location. Various menu. Kind staffs.
