Nantan, Kyoto, Japan｜はーばりすとくらぶ美山

This little cafe and herb shop nestled on top of a little hill not far from the Miyama tourist center, we did not plan to go there but was surprised to find this little jewel, it serves really aromatic organic coffee and herb tea and also their homemade cakes were delicious, the cafe is in a wooden cabin and we really love the decor and rustic feel and also the owners were welcoming and friendly. Really recommend it if you wanna find a place for a warm coffee and cake before you head to the Miyama village.

I didn't know about it even though it was close (over 1 hour 🚗³₃). Boy Scouts → Alpinists build log houses and become famous. I'm glad you came. Keema curry burger 🍔 is also Yummy!! ️

I used it with my pet. The weather was nice, so I took a leisurely coffee break on the terrace while looking at the surrounding rice fields, but the mugwort chiffon cake I ordered with it was a mess. There are many types of ornamental herbs, and I bought a wild strawberry bowl on the way home.
