Very good food and authentic atmosphere (you can sit on pillows on the ground or at the bar). There are multiple vegetarian options (vegetarian sushi, tofu, udon), and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Great place!

Definitely the best sushi place we've been while in Japan. The chef spoke some English. Prices are low, but if you want to exit without being hungry you will end up ordering a lot of stuff. Absolutely loved the fatty tuna 🍣 Unfortunately cash only. Several vegetarian options.

AMAZING. Sushi and udon soup was delicious — highly recommend the fatty tuna and seared scallop plus udon with egg. Owner was very polite and friendly and helped us navigate the menu; he also made us a custom roll that was delicious. Would return and recommend to others seeking good food in a casual, traditional environment.
