The most recommended dish is the sardine sushi. Sardines in oil with green onions and ginger. It was definitely delicious. "Omakase Sushi" was also excellent with fresh local fish raised in Miyazu Bay. It was a bowl full of variety with roasted items. One point of caution. Since local fish are used, the business hours and form seem to change depending on the purchase. The day before the visit was "take-out only" and the day of the visit was "eat-in only", and the store closed in the evening. If you are visiting from afar, it would be better to check the business hours and the situation on the day by phone. As mentioned above, the owner is not on a whim and uses local fish, so it seems to be greatly influenced by the catch of the market that day.

I visited twice, once in May and once in June. If you want to taste local fish, this is the place to go. Naturally, no tuna or salmon. Flying fish are delicious now. There is no English menu either. He told me that it would be a problem for him to order too many because he was doing it by himself and because it takes time to do each job carefully. It's the perfect place to quietly savor delicious local fish.
