Perfect dinner for our last day in Kyoto. We walk by this shop as we are looking for dinner, price is reasonable and the food is tasty! Very helpful chef, there is no english menu, google translate works fine. What we ordered: -Omakase obanzai (3 types small veggies dishes) -tomato salad. Best tomato salad I have ever tasted -shishito pepper with small fishes -beef tendon croquette -cucumber salad, super fresh and yummy! -gyoza keema curry -pan fried ham, awesome! -chicken and lotus roots keema curry rice. Completed all meals just nice for 2 of us -1 bottle of sapporo beer Total bill comes out ¥5,950 its very reasonable for the food quality and taste. We think this shop need more appreciation, so I decided to write this super long review. Thank you!

Yummy food in traditional restaurant. Friendly owners who are passionate mountain lovers :). Sitting on the floor, Japanese food, sake was really tasty. Greetings from the Austrians ;). See you hitting the slopes

Very nice and homey restaurant with delicious and affordable Japanese food. Dishes between 350-600¥. Super nice boss helped us out with English. The special-of-the-day curry was awesome. Beer was anyway.
