I love okonomiyaki and often go to the Shinbori store, but what I like most is the taste of the sauce, which is different from other stores. I also do take out better It's delicious even if you warm it up in the microwave the next day!

Delicious! The dough is delicious! It tastes delicious after baking! The surface of the dough is crispy and crunchy! The inside of the dough is fluffy and bakes incredibly deliciously. Instead of being served with a lot of sauce and mayonnaise when it's done baking, they bring it to your table without anything on it! The dough is crispy and delicious, so I'm waiting for the sauce and mayonnaise on a separate plate! It tastes the best when eaten crispy while adding a little bit of sauce and mayonnaise! If you forget your beer, dammit!
