Kyoto, Japan｜Shot Bar 祇園 Lupin!?

I went here on my last night in Kyoto. It also just happened to be the owner, Shige’s, birthday. The staff Karen and Hitomi were great and they taught me some Japanese. Will come back again.

Had an incredible night over "Lupin!?" with my wife on our first night in Kyoto! We simply entered and the bartender was super nice, talkative (in a good way) and gave us the most incredible Sake we tried so far on our trip to Japan. It's a must for a quick night drink after a meal in Gion or a full hangout. Karaoke at the place is also optional which is also a must at least once in Japan of course.

We randomly walked into this bar while roaming around the area and the bartender immediately greeted us warmly and gave us a rundown of the ordering process (no menu, just tell them what you would like). They are foreigner friendly and try their best to accommodate for any language barriers. I would recommend that any travelers or locals stop by this bar for a few drinks! We didn’t take advantage of the karaoke but sounds like it would be a blast.
