A restaurant that serves ramen made with carefully selected ingredients. Delicious without a doubt. I definitely want to visit again and try different types of ramen. Especially the noodles are the best. You can feel the flavor of wheat, and I don't know how to describe it, but it feels smooth when you put it in your mouth. It was my first time to feel this way. The seasoning is also beautiful. We also recommend the rare steak. It felt like lightly grilled thick slices of chashu pork, but I personally like rare meat, so it became my favorite dish. It's voluminous and great.

When I slurped it, I thought that it was just like the ready-made ramen that I make at home, but as it got mixed with the soup, it had a nice texture. But the soup is a little thin. The dried sardine punch is also weak. Still, it would be nice if it went well with the noodles. On New Year's Day, all restaurants, including ramen shops around the station, are closed. As soon as I entered here, which was the only place open, I was warned to buy a meal ticket. Then'm to disinfect. Thorough infection control. A sign of silent food on the table, no conversation with the previous customer. Only the sound of slurping noodles. However, the store clerk is a pop-style cos sister who seems to be in a boutique. I liked this gap. At the same time, the customer service is very polite. When I left the store, all the staff thanked me. It was cold, but something warmed me up.
