Fukuchiyama, Kyoto, Japan｜つけ麺本舗 ぐうりんだい

This ramen shop is located just in front of the station, and it specialises in tsukemen. I ordered the normal tsukemen with extra noodles, and im surprised by the amount of veggies that came in the broth. The broth was delicious with its fatness and lightness of the veggies balancing well. The noodles was cooked perfectly giving it a good texture. After finishing your, you could order rice to stick into the remaining broth to have a soup rice.

It was the only tsukemen shop in Fukuchiyama City, but the balance of noodles and dipping sauce was so good that I ate it in no time! The soup is a rich seafood tonkotsu royal road. Noodles are medium thin in tsukemen and are often entwined. There is also a taste change with black shichimi and lemon, and you will not get tired of eating it from the first bite to the soup!

There is no parking lot, but since it is conveniently located in front of Fukuchiyama Station, you can park nearby. It is a rich seafood soup that is very filling. Sometimes it's a taste that makes me want to eat it.
