“Tonkotsu Ramen Kaoru” in Kameoka City, Kyoto Prefecture will open a new store on January 12, 2023. The owner, who used to work at a famous ramen shop, opened his own ramen shop here. The rich pork bone soup is close to the authentic taste. There are three types of ramen: normal tonkotsu ramen, Kumamoto-style (with mar oil and garlic chips), and spicy miso. The fried chicken was a large size, and there was also a tulip (fried chicken), which is rare in Kyoto these days. The fried chicken is also soft and delicious. The soup is sold out and will only be open for lunch on Mondays and Thursdays.

I ate Kumamoto style tonkotsu ramen! It contains ma oil and garlic chips and is addictive 🥳 Both the soup and char siu had a strong taste, and I felt that they were made with a lot of time and effort.
