The fried chicken (sweet and spicy sauce) here is the best. He asserts that if you limit yourself to just one fried chicken, you can survive in urban areas or in places with a lot of competition. I don't know because I haven't eaten anything other than fried chicken. When the fried chicken comes out, the meat itself is soft and the meat is juicy and melts in your mouth. The sweet and spicy sauce is a little sweet, but it goes perfectly with the meat, and the richness and flavor of the soy sauce is wonderful. A sublime dish with a subtle aroma of sesame seeds in the deep-fried chicken.
