Visited on a rainy day in early June. This is a quiet ramen shop facing the narrow Daitokuji Street in a residential area. There is no parking lot, so a coin parking lot 1 minute walk north is convenient. I entered the entrance, took off my shoes, and entered the store, which had only a sunken kotatsu-style counter. It's slightly raised, so you can relax, but if you're wearing boots, it might be a bit of a hassle. It was managed by the general alone. Choose the popular backfat miso for fried chicken wings and rice from Set C. The grilled chashu is carefully grilled one by one after each order. Fried chicken wings are also extremely delicious and addictive! Since it was a rainy day, flavored eggs were served! This makes me happy! The miso ramen has a relatively light seasoning and goes well with the tastes of Kyoto people. The quantity was also perfect for the set. It was just before noon on a weekday, and there seemed to be a lot of young male customers who looked like college students, but the atmosphere inside was clean and comfortable enough that you could even bring a maiko there. You can see the general's good work. It will be easier if you take water, chopsticks, spoons, seasonings, etc. from the shelf behind the counter before you are seated. It was a ramen shop that I would like to visit again, as the food was served quickly and was of good quality, and the price was reasonable.

I ordered chilled ramen that was not on the menu, but it was cold and the soup was light and delicious. The lightly chilled ramen was accented with a slightly scorched roasted pork fillet. It's open from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., so it's a nice atmosphere to drop in in the afternoon.

Is the seafood-based soup accented with ginger? The thick char siu that is grilled on the spot is juicy and creamy. I ordered the B set curry chashu rice bowl, but it was a bit disappointing that the curry tasted like the ramen soup.
