More Comments at Google MapThe flavorful duck meat in the fragrant soup is exquisite. If you like duck meat, please try it✨
We had duck soy sauce ramen noodles and mini duck fried rice. The duck meat in the ramen had a roasted flavor, and the soup was delicious with a light soy sauce. I believe the noodles are made with whole wheat flour. It's good because it's more nutritious than white noodles. The fried rice was not too thin and not too thick, just the right seasoning. The staff was also very nice, and when I asked for spicy condiments, they gave me one and black shichimi. I'm also curious about soupless tantanmen and soymilk tantanmen.
Another reviewer (lol) People say that duck meat tastes bloody, but that's not the case. I think he posted something like that because he was irritated, but I don't know why... However, the ramen here is delicate. People who are used to eating Kyoto ramen that is pedigree, fat-based, and crunchy have a dull tongue and feel that it lacks punch.
