Ordered Sichuan style dandan noodles and pork rice. The bok choy tasted like a chopstick, and it felt like it was well-cooked, so it was crispy and delicious. At first bite, I thought the pork rice had a weak taste, but as I continued to eat it, I realized the flavor and it became addictive and crispy. I went there many times with my family when I lived nearby. While many tandan noodles are all about adding things up and are very irritating, this Kyoto-style tandan noodles was the best for my taste, and even though I didn't like tandan noodles until now, I've come to like them. It looks like it contains soy milk. The fried chicken was also delicious. Even though the food is really delicious, there are times when the restaurant is not open, and I feel like the owner is not feeling well. I don't think it would be strange if the restaurant would prosper even more if the customer service was cheerful and courteous... Maybe they did it intentionally so they wouldn't get too busy. This is a store I definitely want to visit again if I'm in the area.

2021/06/13 visit: Although it is a small shop, it is located near Fukuchiyama Station and next to the home center Kohnan. This time it was a train instead of a car, so it was very easy to stop by. For the first time, I ordered Sichuan-style dandan noodles (large) and minced pork rice (small). I added the doubanjiang (almost chili oil) and powdered chili powder that came with the table to make it as spicy as I wanted. The noodles are plump and entangled in the soup, and the texture is quite good. The minced pork rice is also exquisitely seasoned to suit the palate of Japanese people, making you think, “If you eat it at a stall in a foreign country, it will have more peculiarities.” was.
