A stylish ramen shop. I ordered pork bone seafood ramen and miso ramen. The pork bone seafood had a strong taste and aroma of fishmeal, but I wanted a little more elegant saltiness. It was delicious enough to drink up all the soup. The miso was salty, a little spicy, and quite delicious! There aren't many ramen restaurants with delicious miso, so I wanted to eat there again. So ★5!

``Tonkotsu Gyosai'' is a unique soup with a strong aroma that contains fish meal. The oil is strong, so hot that it almost burns your tongue even in the second half of the meal, but the noodles and soup mix well and are delicious. I felt that the ``Tori Soy Sauce'' was particular about the taste of the soup, even at the expense of intertwining with the noodles. You can never leave out soup. I think I'll try the salt next time. ``Mazesoba'' has a strong soy sauce flavor and salty taste, but the combination with the noodles is perfect.

I ordered seafood pork bone ramen. There were three types of char siew on it, and my favorite was the smoky one. It was fun to be able to taste and compare. The soup was rich, but it was easy to eat because it had seafood. The interior of the shop looks more like a stylish cafe than a ramen shop, so I was able to relax there.
