I entered the store with trepidation, but the "Ramen Set" was the best! Hot Kaede Ramen that will warm you to the core, fragrant fried rice, and hearty kimchi for 1,100 yen! I'm very satisfied. It's also a place for locals to relax, so the seats are often full at night, but you're lucky if you can get a seat. I want as many people as possible to enjoy this flavor without worrying about the atmosphere.

I've wanted to go there for a while now, Kaede-san. I had heard that it was delicious, but I couldn't muster up the courage to go there. I saw a video posted on You Tube a few days ago (Kyoto Takayan's video), and I ate a very delicious-looking ramen set (fried chicken wings, salad, white rice, and kimchi for an additional 400 yen on top of my favorite ramen). So I decided to go! There is a parking lot for 3 cars on the left side of the store. Now, it's time to enter the store. Wow, what a homely restaurant atmosphere! As soon as you enter, there is a counter with 3 seats on the left, and 2 tatami tables on the right. The general was managing the restaurant by himself. When I told him that I had been watching You Tube, he replied with a smile, ``I don't know anything because I don't have a flip phone.Hmm, I see, so you want me to show you a video of my store?'' You answered. Now, my husband and I are ordering. I chose Kaede ramen for 700 yen and the ramen set (fried chicken wings, salad, white rice, kimchi). I read in the comments on You Tube that the fried rice was delicious, so I asked the owner and he said that for an additional 200 yen, you can change the white rice to fried rice. That's what I did. My husband chose beer for 600 yen and gyoza to start. I'll have the ramen later. The only beer available was bottled beer, and the owner opened the bottle and brought it to us. The reason they don't have draft beer may be due to some kind of obsession. After about 15 minutes of waiting, my set arrived. My husband's gyoza came 3 minutes later, and then the fried rice. The general is alone, so I can't wait this long. A family of four who knew the general came after us, and they made and delivered the food in one operation, which was rather quick. Salad neatly arranged in a small glass bowl, fried chicken wings, mini-fried white fish that comes with the service (it seems to vary depending on the day, and on YouTube it was a small bowl of oden), ramen with salted tonkotsu, noodles, soup, and a small bowl. The char siu, bean sprouts, green onions, everything was delicious...I always get it at cheap ramen shops, so I was surprised at the difference in the noodles. Even an amateur like me could understand it. And while many ramen shops are lukewarm, I was impressed by how hot the soup was. I won't say much anymore. Just go and have a taste! ! My husband had his second bottle of beer and finally ordered ramen. When I asked for a large serving of Kaede ramen for an additional 250 yen, I was told, ``There are 2 bowls of ramen, is that okay?It's a lot.'' My fried rice was for one person, so I ate half of it, but I simply replied, "It's okay."...The ramen that arrived came in a bowl the size of a large wash basin! ! This is THE large portion! ! I was impressed! ! Lastly, why is it called fried rice instead of fried rice? I asked. ``In order for the flavor to settle down, we stir-fry the rice and let it rest, which is why it's stir-fried rice.If you stir-fry it right away, the flavor will be sharp.'' I was also impressed. We left the restaurant with a feeling of "I'll definitely come back again." Even in the car on the way home, I thought it was delicious and said, "I'll definitely come back!" I was immersed in the afterglow of happiness.

The ramen has a nostalgic flavor and is delicious. Besides, the chicken wings are also delicious. Personally, the fried rice was the best. It's a ramen shop that people in the neighborhood go to, but it's the best place to go as it can park two cars.
