Super tender meat, love the cold crisp cabbage with the salad sauce with tinge of yuzu flavour! Excellent service as well. Wonderful experience!

This binding method is the best. It was too delicious. Tamagotoji is different depending on the craftsman, so I'm scared to go to the next one. Cabbage made with a slicer doesn't taste as good.

I am making good use of it. Tonkatsu, of course, all-you-can-eat cabbage, miso soup, pickles, and tea... they're all delicious. This time, we chose Higo Asobi Pork for a limited time. It was soft and really delicious.
