More Comments at Google MapCrispy batter and tender meat cutlet Cospa is good and delicious. I got the fillet cutlet. 900 yen with rice and miso soup? I am surprised at how cheap it is. It seems to use rough raw bread crumbs, and it's the best pork cutlet I've had recently. There are a lot of seats, and one person is fine at the counter, so it looks crowded. I can sit comfortably.
I stopped by while waiting for my child's soccer class. I arrived 10 minutes before opening, but 7 groups were already waiting. I thought I'd just eat a cutlet bowl, but as long as I looked at the menu while I was waiting, the fried shrimp seemed to be recommended, so I ordered the fried shrimp & roast pork cutlet set meal. It was very, very delicious. The pork cutlet was delicious, even the fat part, and the demiglace sauce was refreshing and went well with it. I could eat as much as I wanted. The fried shrimp was also delicious and surprised me. It has a rich flavor and goes well with tartar sauce. I met a good shop 👌
The atmosphere of the restaurant is exactly like that of a tonkatsu restaurant in town, with tables for four people and counter seating as well. When I arrived 5 minutes before the store opened at 11:30 on a holiday, there were already people waiting in their cars, and there were 3 names written on the paper given out at the entrance. If you have time, I think it's a good idea to come early and write your name. By the time you order your first round, the counter is full and people are waiting outside. The main dish is, of course, the tonkatsu, but the large fried shrimp is also a popular menu item. I think the tonkatsu is generally voluminous and reasonably priced no matter which one you eat. The fried shrimp was also bigger than expected and good value for money. What's more, it depends on your preference, but the sauce is not the usual tonkatsu sauce type, but a demi-glace sauce, so it's light and you can eat a lot of it without getting tired of it! Even though it's a single piece of meat, it's very tender and delicious. I want to come back again to try other menu items.
