The store's service was very good. We arrived a little early before the scheduled time, but they still let us in and sit down. The waiter patiently explained and recommended one of us to Kagoshima🐖 and the other to Chiba🐖. We can taste pork from two different origins, and each portion comes with its own straight pork loin and round pork loin. Pig Filet. The fondue as an appetizer is also very unique and appetizing, and then comes the fried pork chop. The round one is more photogenic, but when it comes to taste, the straight pork loin is more charred on the outside and tender on the inside. We all agreed on the Chiba after we exchanged it🐷 Even better! One person ate more than 200g of fried pork cutlet, and of course he was very satisfied in the end!

My first Michelin experience greatly amazed me! The staff's greeting and menu/dish explanation in English exemplified hospitality, warmth, and thoughtfulness. Salad with hot cheese dressing served as an ideal appetizer, making me eager for the pork cutlet much more. And finally, the juicy, rich, and tender pork cutlet (combination: ヒレ and ロース) came! My first bite almost overwhelmed me, finding it hard to utter something, just way too touched. I enjoyed them all and felt very appreciative. And I know I will come back to savor them again whenever I visit Kyoto.

What an impressive deep fired pork lion! Juicy , tender, fat is melt in your mouth. Should also try Kyoto beer, you must enjoy it.
