I think this is the most delicious pork cutlet restaurant around here. A new tonkatsu restaurant has opened nearby, but I think this one has the best taste. It's a small place in the corner of Sophia Mall, and although it's always pretty busy, it's not too noisy. There are three types of rice to choose from (jako, barley, and mixed grain rice), and the rice itself is delicious. Refills of cabbage, rice, and miso soup are free. The pork cutlet itself is crispy and delicious. All-you-can-eat pickles are also available. Nowadays, my wife has vegetable cutlet and I have chicken nanban, which is the pattern. The chicken nanban is crispy and very easy to eat, and the sweet and sour vinegar keeps it from being oily. It's easy to accumulate points, and if you go several times, you can accumulate points worth 500 to 1000 yen. Also, the cabbage seems to be prepared in-house and is very fresh. In other places, I think it's less crunchy and more intensively cooked. This is a store that I can recommend with confidence.
