One of the best, if not the best, Tonkatsu I have in Japan. The price may be a bit high but definitely worth it. The pork is really great quality and from a good breed (of course a Japanese black pork) and the rice is also awesome. The cabbage salad comes with a really yummy onion vinaigrette that even a veggie hater like me could devour it. The pork cutlet (Tonkatsu) here is serve well-done medium so it will be a bit pinkish in the middle but taste so great and juicy. The breading sticks to the pork really well, it hardly fall apart even when you cut it in half, and not so oily or feel much greasy. Thumbs up.
