Kyoto, Japan｜SPRING VALLEY BREWERY Kyoto

The food and beer were WAY beyond my expectations! We ate here 2 nights in a row because it was so good. The meat was cooked to absolute perfection and the beer incredibly refreshing, smooth and doesn’t sit heavy in your belly. Overall just an amazing brewery with excellent food. A Kyoto must!

Each time I hit the call button for another beer, it took exactly 10 seconds for the waitress to arrive at our table ready to service another beer. Japanese efficiency at its finest. Like everything else the beer showcased the Japanese culture of perfection and doing things correctly. These beers would hold their own against any American company of similar status. The Dark Night stout is one to try if you go. I did not eat food but I saw the waitress bring out some amazing looking salads.

A must visit for every beer lover in Kyoto! Went there three times! Food is delicious and especially the limited beers are fantastic! I am a brewer myself so I belive I know when I drink a genuine good brew :-) Will be back on my next trip to Kyoto!
