Typical Kyoto-style course menues (with lots of Yuba) served on a beautiful terrace with river-view. The food was extremely delicious and nicely arranged. Prices for the menues are fair for the amount and quality of food (7-course menue for 5000yen). Very recommendable in case you want to eat out in Pontocho street.

I had a very wonderful meal here on two occasions, once in late summer and once in late spring. The ingredients were very fresh and of good quality both times. The friendly staff explained each dish. If you have a chance I recommend coming during the season when the deck is available. The Japanese-style seating has a great traditional vibe, and it has a wonderful view.
