Kyoto, Japan｜Rakuten-o

Awesome. I loved it! The staff was overwhelmingly polite and friendly. The chef was funny and skilled! Took a picture with him. Best Beef I had so far in Japan!! I will come back, even if it's the last thing I do.

Quite possibly the most delicious yakiniku restaurant in Kyoto. The meat is incredibly fresh (so fresh that they serve raw beef) supposedly procured the same day. The owner is a "master chef" of sorts, and has previously owned ramen and Italian restaurants. He was extremely welcoming and let us try his other famous dishes for free. Prices are on the upper end of the yakiniku scale but it's well worth it. No English menu as far as I was aware.

The most delicious yakiniku I've eaten. Staffs are so nice. This is a wonderful restaurant you should not miss in Kyoto.
