Kyoto, Japan｜Kawamori

This is my favorite yakiniku restaurant in Japan. 99% repeaters and locals only. We come here minimum twice a week so this place is like our second home. If you're not a local, make sure to book a few days before. I see a lot of disappointing reviews and comments from foreigners and Japanese tourists of how they get rejected at the spot, but that's how this restaurant is operated. This is true Kyoto.

The best store. No complaints🎵 2023,5,14 added It was moved to the Gosho Minami area in December of last year. I liked the atmosphere before, but after the move, the atmosphere looks like a super high-end store, but the inside is still the same. People who go to Kawamori for the first time may be a little hesitant. Even after the move, the quality of the meat and service remains at the highest level in Kyoto.

My favorite yakiniku in Kyoto. Once I eat the Tokujo Tongue here, I don't need anything else, and no matter how many times I eat it, I'm always impressed by how delicious it is. The garlic pilaf is also an excellent finishing touch.
