More Comments at Google MapTasty pastries and a very friendly owner. He spoke english well and told us about local attractions. Coffee was also good!
Randomly picked a cafe for breakfast and it turned out to be great. The clerks are very enthusiastic, and they can also explain in English that you don't have to order breakfast, you can buy bread and eat it. But in Japanese tea places, it is basic courtesy to have at least one drink per person, so we also buy bread according to the order, the result? Wow, everything is great! The toast is just right, the skin is slightly crispy and the inside is soft, and it comes with boiled eggs, which is really super nutritious. The coffee is not strong, but it is just right for breakfast. Since it is the day of Setsubun, the store sells Yokai and Grandma Bread, which is soft on the outside and filled with rich custard sauce, which is super delicious. All in all, we are very satisfied. Only when we came back to Taiwan did we realize that we didn’t eat their signature fried beef steak sandwich, but it’s not bad if we don’t eat fried food. Its location is also very good. If you walk north from Kiyomizu Temple to finish Maruyama Park and bend out of Yasaka Shrine, you can just come here, sit here, and then go to Kawara Shijo. Great location.
A great place to have breakfast. Try their beef sandwich and salmon sandwich, they're delicious. Friendly staff and plenty of choices for eat in and takeout.
