A restaurant where you can enjoy stateless soba banquet dishes written as "Takuro-tei" and read as "Taro-tei". Inside the clean store, old tools such as old cash registers are placed in a nice space. There are several courses on the menu, and reservations are given priority. Depending on the content, we may be able to accommodate you on the same day, but since there are not many seats, it is better to make a reservation. The general is a master known to those in the know who has trained many soba craftsmen. However, he is friendly, talkative, and very funny. It makes eating a lot more fun. The other staff members are all friendly and pleasant, and the explanations of the dishes are polite and easy to understand. As it is called Mukoku Soba Kaiseki, the course consists of various Japanese and Western dishes, but most of them use soba. If you say that soba is delicious! The fantastic and mysterious tempura “Kasumi-age” made me growl with its deliciousness and beauty. It's nice to be able to eat so many original dishes, such as bread with buckwheat flour, that you won't get tired of it. The drinks are also carefully selected, and I was satisfied with the taste of each one (there is also craft beer). It's a bad way to put it, but it's shocking to be able to eat such high-quality food in such a remote countryside! The chrysanthemum course I ordered was 3,200 yen, but I felt that it was far more fulfilling than the price. This is a restaurant that all soba lovers should visit. Please note that children under elementary school age, including infants, are not allowed to enter the restaurant (during lunch time), as the concept is for adults to enjoy their meals in a relaxed manner.
