Nice food and the environment is great

2023.8.27 (Sun) Arrived around 12:30. I was waiting for one pair. I happened to pass by the store the other day and the reviews were good, so this is my first visit today. I ordered one by one for my wife, tempura, and shrimp tempura. The shrimp tempura has two shrimps, so I shared one with my wife. The scenery and the reception of the staff are very pleasant shops. Both the soba and tempura were delicious. If it's full, you can wait outside. If you write down your phone number, we will notify you by phone. There are restaurants that make you want to leave as soon as you finish eating, but even after you finish eating, there are no customers waiting, so please take your time. The parking lot is large and easy to park. If you come near me, I would like to visit you again. Payment is cash only.

This is a restaurant where you can enjoy soba, a specialty of Kyotanba Town. ``Welcome Ueno Motoshiro'' grows its own soba noodles, and uses only water and buckwheat flour to make 100 percent buckwheat noodles using homemade flour, and condiments made with locally grown vegetables, mainly Tamba Highland vegetables. You can enjoy tempura. The staff explained things very carefully, which helped me appreciate the food even more. The vegetables used in tempura are also sold in the store and can be purchased. Motoshiro's vegetables are also sold at Tamba Markets nearby. For dessert, I had ``Soba Gaki Zenzai'', which is made by kneading soba noodles, and I finished it in no time as it was chewy and easy to eat, and the zenzai itself had a gentle sweetness. It's a popular store, so the store was always busy. I think it's definitely better to make a reservation. The site is very spacious, with a parking lot, and a peaceful landscape. Recommended for those who like special soba noodles.
