The second place I was interested in was "Handmade Soba Shiunzen". This is a popular soba restaurant that used to be near Kyoto City Hall and has moved to Fushimi. The inside of the store is spacious and has a nice structure. I also like that the counter is deep. The restrooms are also spacious and clean. A complete lineup including ate and sashimi. Among them, the Sansho-yaki duck is exquisite with fatty meat that is not too tough and long green onions that soak up the flavor❢ The soba noodles are thin, not too much, and taste elegant. You can really appreciate the taste by adding a little salt first. The soba soup is neither too spicy nor too sweet, which I love, and I never thought I could eat such delicious soba in Fushimi❢ It would be nice to have a drink and enjoy soba by yourself. Next time, I would like to visit the first one and enjoy the soba noodles and Japanese sake.

The conger eel tempura was delicious🥰 The mackerel sushi is also beautiful and has an elegant taste ✨ Sudachi's soba also has a gentle soup stock. . It's a little pricey, but it's worth going 🎵

It was really delicious. The dish I wanted to eat required a reservation in advance, so this time I chose Tenzaru. I'm sure it will be delicious no matter what you eat. The inside of the store is also clean and has a calm atmosphere.
