I had known about the existence of this store for a long time, and had been curious about it, but when I actually visited it, it was a good store that made me think, "I should have visited earlier in my life." I visited on Saturday at 11:30, the first time the store opened. Even before the store opened, several people were already lined up, indicating that it is a popular store. I ordered the "Tempura soba (udon) set meal" with warm soba noodles. I entered the store at 11:30, ordered shortly after being guided to the seat, and the food was served at 11:45. I felt like I was waiting leisurely, but it was delivered sooner than I expected, and I didn't feel like I had to wait that long. Both soba and egg bowls are beautifully arranged. The impression is that the food is carefully prepared. Freshly fried tempura on soba was shrimp and seaweed. The bonito-flavored soup stock has no off-flavours, and is a perfect match with the chewy noodles. In addition, the tempura gave the soup stock a moderate richness, and it was delicious to the last drop. The seasoning of the egg bowl is neither too spicy nor too sweet. The pickles and a small side dish were just the right amount of refreshment, and the soba noodles and egg bowl were quickly filling my stomach. Personally, I'm happy about the service of "sobayu". I love soba-yu, so I ate it after dinner. I am also very satisfied. The restaurant is not large, but you can enjoy the food in a calm atmosphere. I am grateful for the polite service and my heart and stomach are satisfied. After actually visiting, I could understand why it has been loved for many years. I am interested in other dishes, so I would like to visit again.
