More Comments at Google MapI entered the store around 14:00 because the noren was hanging. Looking at the menu table, there was udon besides soba, so I ordered tororo udon. There was a description on the menu that they were particular about udon, so I chose hot tororo udon even though it was midsummer outside and the temperature exceeded 33°C. It must have been rare to have hot udon noodles at a soba restaurant in the middle of summer, so it took 15 minutes to wait while the order was confirmed several times, and it took a long time because the noodles were boiled from raw noodles. Udon with thin noodles arrived. Personally, I feel that it is only grated yam and noodles, and I feel that I am particular about udon. Since it is udon from a soba restaurant, it has a strong dashi stock, but since the udon has a uniqueness, it is quite good without losing to the dashi. The grated yam is also nice and sweet. ......? ? There was a cold udon page on the last page of the menu. Oh my God.
This is a soba restaurant that I've been interested in for a while. As other people's reviews have said, it takes about 30 minutes from ordering to delivery. However, since the atmosphere inside the store was relaxing, I didn't realize it took that long. There are 5 table seats for two and 4 counter seats. The stay was approximately one hour. I bought soba tea, it was really delicious 😊 I was also interested in the mini yam bowl so I would like to try it next time!
It was a good soba restaurant with fragrant soba-yu and duttan soba tea.
