Fantastic place. The people there made us feel right at home, and the soba had a chewy bouncy texture that's impossible to get with the store stuff. If you come here be sure to get the tempura as well. Check the guest note book, you'll know how we reacted

Excellent hand-made soba, accompanied by great seasonal tempura. The owner was very kind and nice to talk to. I can recommend the cold soba after a hike in the region.
