It's my first time having a conger eel bowl like this ❤️ It's not just fluffy, but what is it about?⁉️👀 The appearance has been there for many years, like a landscape. When you step inside, you will be relieved to find that although it is not luxurious, it is clean and elegant. The counter surrounds a long desk in the middle. I feel the kindness of the words on the table seats that say "strongly chilled seats." Somehow, I instinctively ordered [Conger eel tojidon] for 1,050 yen. It will arrive! Aaaaah, it looks delicious!! ️👀 I'll take it! Ha! 😳 Only the bottom of the conger eel is fried! Crispy! However, the flesh on the surface is plump! ️ There, the egg is jiggly and simmering~❗️ When you combine these three textures, it's a heavenly feeling! The egg melts into the sweet soba restaurant-like soup stock, and you'll be chewing on it! 🥹 There are so many eggs! ️ It has as much tsuyu as the beef bowl chain restaurant Tsuyudaku! Plump, crunchy, and melty~ This is irresistible! I found a really good menu❗️ The tsukemono is also moderately salty, but gentle. You can feel the strength of the koji in the red soup stock! At the end, I said to the chef, "That texture is amazing!" "I'm frying a little (embarrassed)" 🥹 So cute💕 It's a very nice shop with piano music in the background and the staff not acting too polite. This menu has the same price for both day and night✨ I have decided to repeat it✨ Lunch 11-14 l.o. Nothing in particular 17-20 l.o. Nothing in particular Regular holiday: Tuesday Table 24 counter 6 Higashinotoin Street Karasuma Goup
This is a soba restaurant that stands quietly next to Katsukura. I really like the soba noodle soup stock here and visit often. There is also a limited lunch menu. But ask for kitsune soba and rice balls. The deep-fried sweet fox is slightly boiled, and the rich aroma of the cloudy dashi soothes your appetite. It goes well with thin soba. It's Kyoto-like fox soba 😊 Salmon and cod roe are also standard onigiri. Onigiri rice is packed with fillings, so it's really delicious! It's delicious, so I can go with two pelori. Dashi lovers! I highly recommend it.
