The first impression was the kind service and great hospitality. The duck soba soup had a rich flavor.

We arrived at 12:10 midday to no wait, but there was a line by the time we left. This is a soba noodle speciality restaurant which are noodles made from buckwheat eaten cold or hot in noodle soup. The host was very sweet and spoke some English. She handed us an English translation menu and some cold soba tea which was lovely. We ordered two cold soba with tempura. The food came out in 10 minutes and the host explained how to eat the soba and tempura-which have different dipping sauces. The tempura vegetables and shrimp were covered in a light and crisp batter which was nice with the thin dipping sauce. The soba were chewy and fresh. Our two meals cost 3200 yen.

Everything was good, but the ice cream was truly outstanding!
